Pre-school children get in on the animation act with ComputerXplorers!

Children as young as 3 create fabulous animated stories with easy to use drag-and-drop path animation to let their 3D characters walk, hop or fly around the screen!

ComputerXplorers has transformed our ICT teaching. They came to run workshops with our Year 1’s and 2’s. They linked the experience to our topics and opened up an amazing world of animation or webcam storyboards to the children which were incredibly exciting. It was a day of ICT teaching at its best. It not only helped staff deliver an ICT lesson it allowed them to assess the topic learning already acquired whilst witnessing the use of new software. There were only two downsides to this experience – the first that we hadn’t allowed enough time for each class to really benefit from the session and secondly we don’t have either of them on our staff! We have already booked more sessions and suddenly the fun is back in ICT. We have also booked them for Reception, to run an After School Club and to support staff with some Inset training which probably tells you how successful the day was.
