At ComputerXplorers South Buckinghamshire, we make technology come alive for children aged 3–16 through fun, creative, and hands-on learning experiences. Founded by David Reilly in 2025, we’re part of the UK’s leading children’s technology education network, teaching thousands of young learners each week how to code, create, and think like digital innovators.
From after-school clubs and weekend academies to holiday tech camps, our programmes blend play and learning through tools such as Minecraft Education, MakeCode Arcade, and Bloxels. Children can explore a wide range of exciting subjects:

David Reilly
Managing DirectorDavid Reilly is the Managing Director of ComputerXplorers South Buckinghamshire, inspiring children to explore coding, robotics, AI, and digital creativity through playful, hands-on learning. Passionate about emerging technologies and their role in education, David is a keen open-water swimmer, active Bucks Business First member, and advocate for tech innovation in education.
Robert Hensher
STEM & Game Development InstructorRobert is an inspiring games developer and educator currently studying Games Development at Bucks New University. He brings over five years’ experience in Unity, alongside deep practical knowledge of Unreal Engine, Aseprite and 3ds Max, enabling him to teach game design and coding concepts in fun, creative ways. Robert has tutored GCSE computer science students and led coding workshops for young learners helping children explore programming through MakeCode Arcade, Scratch, Roblox Studio and JavaScript. His calm, patient teaching style and enthusiasm for game design make him a favourite among students.
Toby Clapton
Tech Education InstructorToby combines strong leadership, communication and emotional intelligence with hands-on experience supporting young learners in digital education. He manages classroom delivery, trained new tutors, and maintained strong relationships with parents to ensure every child’s success. In addition, Toby uses his background in psychology and counselling studies to create an inclusive, motivating and supportive learning environment where every child can thrive. Reliable, adaptable and passionate about developing others, Toby brings energy and professionalism to every session.

Weekend Tech Academy
Held every Saturday morning at Beaconsfield, our Weekend Tech Academy offers progressive, term-time courses for children who want to go deeper into coding, game development, and digital innovation. Home-Schooling & Private Tuition
We provide tailored tech education for home-schooled children and small learning groups, combining flexibility with high-quality instruction. Each session is personalised to match individual interests — whether that’s coding, robotics, or creative digital media — supporting both national curriculum outcomes and future-ready skills.
Breakfast Tech Clubs

PPA Cover & Curriculum Enrichment
ComputerXplorers supports schools with curriculum-aligned computing and STEM workshops that integrate seamlessly into the school day.
