Stuart Harley - CEO/Franchisor
Stuart Harley is the Managing Director of ComputerXplorers. With a 15-year career in business development and sales, and a young family to provide for, franchising appealed to Stuart. It gave him the flexibility to maintain a work/life balance and enabled him to funnel his determination and creativity into a cause close to his heart: giving children the opportunity to excel.
Stuart managed the Southampton branch of ComputerXplorers for two years, and under his guidance and leadership, it grew exponentially and became the biggest ComputerXplorers franchise in the network. In 2021 the opportunity arose for Stuart to purchase the brand from The Bardon Group, which he did with eagerness. Stuart is like any parent and wants his children to have access to the best technology to further their education, and believes ALL children should have the privilege of this education. Stuart manages the direction and growth of the business, but he is also hands-on, and still plays an active role in teaching classes across the south coast.
Siobhan Percy - Head of Marketing
Siobhan is an experienced communications professional and has spent 13 years delivering marketing campaigns for start-ups and multi-nationals. She ensures that there is a comprehensive marketing kick-off for our franchisees when they join the ComputerXplorersfamily, andis excellent at maximising opportunities to deliver brand awareness at local and national level. In her spare time, she is a tech fiend and loves exploring the latest gadgets from 3D printers to electric cars.
Gina Anderson - Franchise Manager
Gina Anderson brings over ten years of experience in the franchise sector, supporting businesses to grow, adapt and thrive. Her background spans the full franchise life cycle, from site selection and launch through to ongoing support and performance optimisation. She has managed large regional portfolios, coached franchisees towards sustained profitability, and developed innovative training solutions that strengthen long-term business resilience.
She is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs to succeed. Whether guiding new franchisees through their first launch, supporting multi-unit expansion, or developing strategies for sustainable growth, she focuses on building strong relationships and delivering meaningful results.

Gemma Harley - Network Support
Gemma assists and supports Stu with the day-to-day running of the business and ensures that everything is functioning smoothly and efficiently.
She enjoys being active and spending time with her three boys and believes all children should have access to the best education to prepare them for a successful future.
