We’re delighted to announce that ComputerXplorers franchisees Chris Utulu and Molly O’Shea, who run ComputerXplorers Haringey, have been shortlisted for the Young Guns category at the BFA HSBC UK British Franchise Awards 2026.

The Young Guns Award celebrates exceptional franchisees who have made an outstanding impact early in their franchise journey. Being recognised by the British Franchise Association is a fantastic achievement and reflects Chris and Molly’s passion for delivering high-quality children’s coding classesSTEM education, and engaging technology clubs across their local community.

Since launching their ComputerXplorers franchise, Chris and Molly have inspired hundreds of children to develop valuable digital skills through hands-on activities including coding, robotics, animation and game design. Their commitment to creating fun, interactive learning experiences is helping children build the confidence and future skills they need in an increasingly digital world.

At ComputerXplorers, we’re incredibly proud of the difference our franchise network makes every day. This shortlist is recognition not only of Chris and Molly’s hard work, but also of the strength of our proven franchise model and our shared mission to make technology education accessible, engaging and exciting for children.

The next stage of the awards sees finalists present to an expert judging panel before the winners are announced at the BFA HSBC UK British Franchise Awards in November.

Congratulations to Chris and Molly on this well-deserved recognition. We wish them the very best of luck and look forward to celebrating alongside them later this year.

If you’d like to discover how ComputerXplorers is helping children develop essential technology and problem-solving skills through coding for kids, or learn more about joining our award-winning franchise network, we’d love to hear from you.
